I make boxes for holding shooting supplies for muzzle loaders which I sell at rendezvous. Since I have marcular degeneration and can no longer shoot competively I have several pounds of black powder that I'll never use, But you can not sell it with out a license. My solution is to sell the boxes with a can of powder, and a lb. of lead in the box. I am not selling the powder .I am selling the boxes that just happen to have powder in them. This has increased my sale of boxes .
