My daughter insists that I use the 35 mm cup hinges on her new cupboards instead of self aligning hinges. I always had problems getting the two small holes located properly. So I made a fixture to align the holes. I set the drill press to drill the 35 mm hole then used the fixture to locate the smaller holes. I set the 35mm plug in the hole and then drill the small holes. Problem solved.28 cupboard doors drilled on location. I made the fixture out of maple and used hardened steel drill bushings which I made.
