Good news, Were getting under 100 weather early this year. Which means I'll be able to get back out to the shop. Today is going to be in the high 90s next week projected to be in the high 80s....
This is awesome not only can I finish what I started in the shop but get over the cabin fever. Thats been pretty hard on me this year

Could you all use a swamp cooler combined with a dehumidifier for your shops, too cool down cheaply over A/C or! would the humidity change the outcome of every project for the worse

No. In my location central Texas the humidity is too high for the swamp cooler to work.
I have used swamp coolers out on the hight desert of California and they worked very well.

not sure about the swamp cooler. it might work but its not that efficient . If I got solar I could see using a A/C unit. As far as swamp coolers though I am prolly wrong about this considering how how and dry it is here, but swamp coolers put a lot o moisture in the air and might rust up some of my tools.

I'll get this figured out. Ive lived here only about 4 years I learn more about living here every years
