Wonderful "throw together".
Did you make the hardware or is there a source?
I cannot imagine me throwing together something that complicated without plans.
Great Job

:-) Plans, what are those?? I had seen similar things but usually made of steel tubing. That isn't my thing .
Real metal work or wood work has to do. So with the scrap odd piece of angle or strap steel and all the various chunks of
wood around it just metamorphoses into something that may do the job.
Now for real metal work in the name of
a woodworking device, I'll try to post some of the clamps I've been working on when they get closer to finished. I
just finished the metal hardware today and the wood parts are started but need some holes that will be done on a
vertical mill (they, mills, do great on wood work that needs a bit of better precision than is easily done with normal
woodworking tools) It is handy to have access to one when needed.
Oh, I do have some pix of a bunch of corner
clamps I made a few years ago if your interested. They are strictly a metal work project though.
