Yeah, Ron, doing much better! Got the stitches out from the hernia surgery last Friday, and the surgeon told me I was good to go. Thanks for asking!

Ron, I'm building a big entertainment center, then a bench, then a solid cherry bench with storage, all for customers. I've been busy lately and loving every minute!

out of pine ??? :-D . But thats great Larry Im glad your working building things. Im still fooling getting my shop and house/yard fixed up. Im building my daughter a bed side table gggrrr Its one of those trouble projects that are easy but everything seems to wrong with it.

No worries Ill have it done this week and on to painting my shed

main thing is your OK and back at it

Hi Larry,
I have found that doing custom work for customers is very different than building something you hope to sell sometime.

If you build a bench and then put it up for sale, it is what it is.
If you build a bench for a customer, it needs to meet their expectations or they won't be happy.

Figuring out a fair price is always an issue.
Custom work comes with a premium.

My stuff is expensive but I have found that the folks that buy expensive stuff don't care what it costs.
That's a good thing!

Good luck with your builds and take a lot of pictures and show us.

Well Larry my brother ,

Now its my turn. Was hanging this shelf bending over the washer and got a very intense pain went to the Er guess what, I got a hernia in the abdomen. Dont know how I got it or where it came from. I go to the surgeon next week for a "consultation" . We'll see how it goes.

See Larry , yer a trend setter :-D

well got the consultation, the Surgeon said I look ok. If it hurts any more then let her know. I wish she just would of done the surgury and been done with it. Well now I can finish my shop reorg . Im creating a lt of room and helping my work flow to :>D
