While waiting for the VA to approve my business plan/startup (they are funding some of my capital purchases) I continue to work on getting my shop as ready as I can to "turn the key" officially.
To this end, I've finally made my handtool workbench... I've wanted a true joiners bench for some time now, and though you can purchase similar benches, (for 2-3 times the price it cost me to make this one) I wanted to make one that was specifically tailored to my height and the types of work I do.
Other than a couple more dog holes for holdfasts (which I'll drill when I find "the right place" for them), It's ready for its new home under the soon to be installed window.
Thanks for looking,
