Does anyone have any experience with the new airless sprayers? Thinking of buying one but don't know which.
Will appreciate any input. agriffee@att.net  :?:

I can't picture using an airless for finishing furniture or cabinets unless there are different ones available now other than the one I used to paint my house. Are you revering to the HVLP type of guns?

If that's the case, I have a DeVilbiss for some time which is great but rather fussy to get tuned right. You'll need a pressure regulator on your air line, of course.

Well Graco has one ,don't know how new. Supposed to do a good job by using a finer tip. but just unsure if want to risk $300 and find out won't finish satisfactorily. may just buy a new Fuji Mini Mite. Only have a window for regular window fan. Not a lot of air flow. That is why i was looking for less over spray. Thanks A Griffee

Well, I'm no finishing guru but what little I've used airless equipment, Overspray is its strong point! But again, there's probably been a lot of changes in that technology since I owned and used one. I much prefer the HVLP as I mentioned.

Well I ordered the Fuji Mini Mite with accessory kit. About $800 investment so now I have to learn. Is sanding necessary with spraying and if so how much? Appreciate you taking time to respond. Thanks, Woodshoplast

I moved this to the Scrap Pile so more members could see it and comment on it.

Thanks
