Has Jet discontinued the bed extension for the 1220?!?

If so, does anyone have, or know someone who has one available? I'm bidding on a job that would require a slightly longer bed for that lathe, and I can't find any on the Interwebs!

Not 100% sure, but it looks like these guys have 3 different models for the 1220. It allowed me to add it to my cart without telling me they were discontinued. I didn't go any further, because I don't actually need to buy one. :D Anyway, here is the link http://www.southern-tool.com/store/JET-JWL-1220VS.php

i'm guessing you didn't have any luck getting your bed extension from Southern Tool? If they don't have them, it looks like you can order one from across the pond. Found this site today. Went even farther in the ordering process this time (still didn't actually order it) and they didn't indicate it wasn't available. Might increase your cost some, but if you need it, you need it. Here is the link for this place. Might be able to check with Ralph or Turnpike to make sure they're legit before you send your hard earned money over there.

Nope, and... go figure... I never heard back on that job. So... I guess I'm glad I didn't go spending the extra cash to get one here extra fast! lol ;)

I did check out the links though! I'm still going to get one sooner or later, so they're definitely helpful!

THANKS! :-D
