Wood flour that I would use as a filler in epoxy or some finishes to fill in the grain on a piece? Confused

That's my guess and I'm going to stick to it. Well the two words are pronounced the same. Very Happy

I'm picturing a rocking horse with a flower at the junction of the bridle and bit. I think it was once traditional to make the bit appear to be a rose to symbolize the gentleness of the "horse" for young riders.

Whoever came up with the idea obviously never saw how my friends and I rode our rocking horses while playing cowboys and indians at a young age!
