I bought a $60 DeWalt 50 tooth saw blade yesterday and tried it today and yes it's sharp but I get better results with a $12 planer blade from Tru Value. Any thoughts about Dewalt quality ? It's a combo cut style with the yellow slick finish and laser cuts to help with heat expansion.
Thanks

MN, I have 3 DeWalt 12" blades for my DeWalt Sliding Compound Miter Saw. Love them. I've never had any problems with them.

I think I've had one of them sharpened two times, the second one time, and the third one hasn't been sharpened.

I don't have any DeWalt blades for my table saw...I just have Freud blades for it.

Thanks Verna,
I am getting a .004" wobble as best I can measure which I have no idea if that is acceptable for spending that amount but if the cheap blade beat its cut I wonder if it's just a bad blade. It could be the yellow paint I guess. But even the teeth have a high and low spot side to side.

I might return it and throw some more birthday money at an even higher grade of blade.

I have used the Delta/DeWalt wood worker line (not painted) and found them to be very good.
