Well it looks like it turned out well, but don't you just love it how every job is so different. Sometimes there are the jobs you wish to just walk away from but it is good to see you stuck it out and finished it says alot about the person you are.

well several hours ago I did the walk through with the owners. they are happy, I forgot one thing to do. there are two things I need to correct but that cannot be until The Month of May when I can make noise again

So I will receive a paycheck as soon as I mail the bill...

Now, Mango, I thought you said you'd never take another Condo job?????

But, hey, I'm so proud of you for the job you did and the fact that you did stay with the job, even when the neighbors complained about your noise. You da man

It's just too bad that you were too busy with the condo job to help with my almost completed bathroom :D :D :D A bit of caulk, new mini blinds and paint the woodwork and doors and it's DONE!!!!!

Hammers are noisy Lawrence If you have a quiet one Please oh please let me know

I have to say I used my Bosch colt router on the slowest speed this past Saturday to route for door hinges. it was pretty quiet. I use quiet liberally though :D

I did use my block plane to fit the door in an out of square frame Does that count buddy?

Verna you are right I should have been there to help you out sorry

But, Mango, you would absolutely freeze if you were here. I mean, we've got more snow than you've ever seen :D :D :D

Thanks for thinking of me, though
