Recently I had the opportunity to visit the Blackhawk Auto Museum in Danville, Ca. (About half hour east of Oakland in the bay area.)

I had to share this particular car with y'all...a "1924 Hispano Suiza Dubonnet Tulipwood" Copper plated wire wheels, zillion brass rivets. The wood looks like mahogany (to me) they call it Tulipwood...anyway a real cool piece of woodworking!!!

Brass rivets?!?!!!
The orignal "brads" and no air nailer!?!?!

Still, it is avery beautiful car. Just dont get into a "fender bender", you could end up with a box of toothpicks.

Why bother? It'll take at least $20,000 to fix the cracks in the fenders so give them a great offer that if they'll pay you $4000 you take it off their hands.
