Ok, ya got me. I need your help again.
My trusty table mounted Porter Cable router puked [fragmented] the internal cooling fan. This happened about 6 years ago. I think the rest of the router is fine [still runs]. I need help figuring our how to disassemble it. I am always a fix my own stuff kinda of guy. And mind you, I had this puppy apart on the bench several years ago. Now apparently I am older and have dumbed down a bit. I have removed all the obvious fasteners and still can't get the turkey apart. Anybody been there done that?
And yeah, of course I was in the middle of a big routering project-duh!

Thanks for any help,
Jim

Hey Jim,

I can't help you with the break down, but I do know that Delta and Porter Cable have a great help line. I had to dismantle the variable speed drive on my drill press, and they walked be through it step by step. The also emailed me an expanded diagram of my drill press.

Tom
