First -

Mango, keep yer head down. What was the Cat 4 Felicia is beating on Hawaii as a Tropical Storm. Betcha a lot of downed power lines, some tree damage and a lot of rain.

For those playing along in the Atlantic, well....

The National Hurricane Center now has TWO areas of interest they are watching. One is off the coast of Africa - a ways away. The other one is entering the Caribbean... With a WHOLE lot of hot water to work with....

Stay tuned...

Hot water or hot air?

I went to ACE (twice) today busy with people buying supplies.
I went to Miyake (a contruction retailer) new propane tanks and stoves going out the door. dozens of cars bringing in at least two bottles minimum for toping off.

Ladies and Gentlemen start your Generators. oh yah those are all sold out. If its is still in a sealed box after the storm you can return it....

Most stores are not selling electric insurance ( buying back generators) this time around
