Well I am done drying apples so I dehydrated about 1/2 bushel pf peppers, some banana, some japalono, and some habinaros. Word of warning if you grind the habinaros in a blender after drying them. Make sure the dust has settled before removing the lid!

I grew some habinaros one time. I took one, cut it in half and diced it up. Mixed it in a hamburger patty and grilled it. Took one bite and threw it away. I love hot stuff. I eat peppers all the time. Those habinaros were just too much for me. I took a baggie full of them to work and gave them to a Mexican friend. He just started popping them in his mouth like they were cherry tomatoes. He ate half the bag. I would have had to go to the emergency room.

Hey Guys

I just candied some habaneros. I learned that if you soak the cut peppers in cold coffee with the grounds, that it really tames them. I have all the taste and almost none of the heat.
