since I've touched base with everyone. Not much ww'ing recently due to other commitments and non-ww'ing projects (like painting the house, shop, barn, re-siding boathouse and painting both it and the ski shed. New, 12' x 24', stainless steel framed floating dock with new floatation.

Since Fall arrived, every semi-calm day is spent blowing leaves and yard debris cleanup.

SWMBO and I have actively been searching for a 30 to 50 acre property to create a small farm, but so far, we've not found what I'm looking for. Want to stay in NE Georgia, must be South facing, with a stream, a view, and on a 'secondary type' paved road, would prefer to build our own home....

Long story short, I think about you folks often and I just wanted to stick my head in here and wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Safe and Happy New Year !!!

I will hopefully have time soon to return to the shop, and I'll be back here more frequently!
