I found sleeping in an easy chair was the best thing. Hopefully you get to the other end with a functioning shoulder! Good luck Larry!

When I had my hip replacement the doctor said to take two vicoden to help me sleep if needed. I woke up at 2 A.M and was ready to call the wife to get me some pills when my dog jumped up onto the bed and put her head on my hip. I thought I would let her there for a minute. The next thing I knew it was 8 A.M. and the wife was screaming:"Get that dog off of the bed!" One puppy cuddle is better than two pain pills!Get you a good dog to help you with the pain.

Larry, just remember that those pain pills are o.k. for the short term. But if you take them too long you discover they don't kill the pain, they just deposit it in the back of your head where it draws compound interest waiting for when you stop taking them! As per our phone call here is my web site so you can see some of my projects : dwwoodworker.net/imagesCDs/. I hope and pray that tings will get better for you you have been an inspiration for many of us here on the forum.

Great News Larry, you'll be slinging wood sooner than you know it.

As you think about how bad things have been with the surgery, just remember it could be worse. This mourning we got several phone calls .It seems there is a rumor going around one of the schools that I subbed at for several years that I had got covid 19 and died. As Mark Twain once said: The stories of my demise are premature!"
