Its been awhile since I posted, I had to tear down my 10x12 shed, sold and give away all my tools. But I am slowly building them up again, my next project is to build me a 12x20 garage/shop.

Good seeing you back! Best of luck in re-building your shop and tool collection. On the plus side, you have the experience of what you need, what to look for and what to look out for. The experience and knowledge is something you can sell, and still not lose. How cool is that? 8) Best of luck with your shop build. A few of us have been building this year. I've built a big storage shed, no power, (yet). And a couple of others have built new shops. So we know where you are coming from. 12 x 20 is pretty good size, sounds like you'll be busy for the next few months. Keep us up to date on the build and feel free with questions. You know we're always here to help when we can.
