Hi, everyone! Just stopped by to say Hi. I'm all right, although I've been suffering from severe depression for the past year and a half or so. I haven't done any woodworking in 2 1/2 years, and I've let my little business go. I am working for 2 retail rep businesses, mostly going into stores and taking inventory and placing stickers and stuff like that.

I'm seeing a psychiatrist and hopefully she can help me out. She just changed my meds and I'm doing a little better.

I still stop by here at least once a day, and am happy to see you all doing good. I'll try to comment every once in a while to let you know I'm still here. Take care, and please keep me in your prayers.

Hey Larry,

It's good to hear from you, you have been missed. I'm so sorry that you've had problems, but rest assured that you have real friends here who are ready to support you through the troubles. Check in frequently because even if you're not actively working in the shop, your perspective and opinions are valuable, and appreciated.

Take care, and don't be a stranger,
Tom

Welcome back, Larry. We like you and your great experience. I sure hope you spend more time here. Good luck in your continuing travels through life.

By the way, Chance retired at the end of 2013 and he sure is enjoying retirement.

Hey Larry,
Good to see you back. What TMS said! You're always a welcome sight around here.

Do you ever see Dave Knipfer? He's been gone a while.

I'm another one who has been missing your posts.
Try a simple little project to make some sawdust so you will have something to post. I really miss teasing you.
Hope you get better soon.

Hi Larry,
I was thinking of you recently, wondering what happened to you; and here you are. Sorry, you are having problems, but very glad you dropped by. I'll be praying for you sir. Making some dust and some chips could be just what the doctor ordered. :-D

later,
ted

Hey Larry, good to hear from you again! You remember your table saw that withstood the storm? The song "I'm still standing" comes to mind. Sometime ya just got to be the table saw till the storm clears. All storms clear.
Be well and hang in there-never give up, never surrender!

Great seeing you again Larry! :D

Like you, I've been pretty depressed myself, between my wife's illness and long recovery and loosing a great job and being forced to work for peanuts from big blue. However, I resently got back into the shop, and just made some small boxes, and it really helped to pick me back up. Make the time to express your creativity. It goes a long way in helping to improve your self image and self worth. You are an important member of our family here, and we all love and support you. I look forward to seeing some projects from you soon, even if they are painted Larry Green. :D

Be well my friend.

Hi Larry... guess who I saw for the first time in years a couple of days ago?

Sue Laughton.... and Ralph as well! They called in to see Ralph's old business partner at the sign shop on the parade where my business is. I heard they were coming so popped in to see them over my lunch break.

They're both looking good and are planning to move to the coast soon.

Thought you'd like to know.

Regards

Ray
