Ran across an article at the local B&N bookstore on pricing your woodwork. It is in a magazine called The Best of Wood Magazine. The most extensive coverage of the topic I have seen. Wish I could summarize but it goes on for around 7 pages. Covers markup on the wood, and hours charged for joints, veneer, finishing, bending or laminating, and more.
