Just a mention; if you plan to a/c & heat your shop, I suggest that you insulate and get it sized and checked by your utility co., for the proper sized unit. This should be a free service.
The result will be lower costs and more comfortable working conditions.

I hope I have not overstepped my bounds, but just trying to save someone a few $$'s and aid them in getting a more comfortable working environment.
