Gene, I've been saying "I'll make it work" all week. But I can't walk into a big empty box, well not empty had some shelves I'moved all, well most of them Mon
Till I got there Fri. I thought I had a functional warehouse intead I had a floor plan put together by someone that thought I needed a forklift to move a 3# insulator. What is tearing me up tho is breaking the law. OK I haven't been asked to tape & pillage just a little case of accepting possible hazordous waste & not having anything better then a heavy duty plastic sack to store it in. I have calls into a consultant the company has on retainer. I just wanna know my personal liability cause I have awful luck. And I just have trouble seeing a judge say well you were just doing what you were told to. We had a truck hit a pole yrs. ago. Transformer on the pole was contaminated, spilt when it hit the ground. Cost $98000 to clean up the spill & I'm being told to unload & store these transformers w/o containment, no spill responce plan & management that can't understand why I'm freaked out. When push comes to shove I can't realy tell my coworker to leave it in the back of his truck. But I sure don't like this. Jack
