I don't have a telephoto for the digital camera to take their picture. But we have an odd couple here on the farm . One canadian goose and one male woodduck. They just keep together on the pond. They have been here for three days now but I haven't been able to get close enough for a photo. They are definately wild and not someone's pets.

May be related to food, for their mutual benefit. Different species sometimes cooperate for that reason.

Is it a goose or a gander?

Not that there's anything wrong with that....

With us it's turkey strut and crane dancing time.

Well it can't be Portugeese - that would be plural so it has to be a Portugoose.
