I'm sure this is a stupid question, but the right click button on my new mouse is super sensitive. I keep clicking it when my hand is on the mouse. Is there anything that can be done to make it less sensitive?

Eight pound sledge hammer? See if you can do a right click with your F150.

Larry unfortunately if what i understand you to say you would be wanting to make the actual switch the right click button uses less sensitive which isnt possible. A click is a click. If its a New mouse you could take it back and try a different model, or just try changing your hand position a little or the angle at which you hold the mouse. as funny as it looked LB's solution could work :D

Larry - you may want to look on Craigslist or find someone who is upgrading their Mac mouse to one of the new ones and buy the old one.

It only has one button and I think it will work in your PC.

Hey Larry,

I recommend a track ball mouse, they also will reduce hand fatigue as well as taking up less space.

Larry, what happens when you take your hand off the mouse?

Maybe

Really, I did the same thing.
I turned the mouse to about 10-11 O'clock to my hand.
This took my middle finger off the right button and to the side of the mouse.

Bob... I was a copier repair tech for 8 yrs and i never saw a mouse wrapped up in a drum cartridge like that but if i did it would have been unforgettable LOL.
I have however found droppings, urine and the stash of bird seed inside the back panels of the copiers.

Doggone it, Bob Malone.....I'm not a screamer, but I sure let out a yelp

One of my offices was literally infested with mice in January. Two visits from an exterminator with their poison and new weather stripping on the doors, and the mice were pretty much gone.

Well, last week, I had to do the monthly test run of the backup diesel generator. I stepped on the side brace of the diesel, put my left hand near the radiator, and stepped up......and jumped back down.....GROSS!!! There was a dead mouse right next to my left hand.....did I mention that I hate mice????? Luckily for me, there were two male vendors working in the office and one was more than happy to "help a damsel in distress". He scraped the carcus from the radiator and took it outside.

Yes, Larry, I know this story didn't help with YOUR mouse problem.....sorry. I sure do like my Microsoft cordless mouse. (I have no financial interest in that company.)

Actually our son has one of those for his freelance digital animation work. He won't work without it.
