WOW, thanks for the flash back.
Back in the early 70" that was my job as a loadmaster, carrying the wounded out of Vietnam, to the states. My primary job as a loadmaster on the C-141's was to make sure that food got heated and the coffee was always fresh. The medical team were the ones that took care of the patients... Sometimes it was a good ride, and others not so good.
