What's the status on your basement? Your friend shed any light on the water issue??

After checking the insulation, it was dry, so I doubt that the water was coming from under the door. I dug a ditch today and extended the drain tile to the culvert going under the street and I'm hoping that's going to fix it. There was water running out of it when I cleaned it out, so I'm pretty confident. If that doesn't fix it, I guess I'm going to have to get a drainage professional to find out where the problem is.

Thanks for your concern, Tim! A little prayer wouldn't hurt, either.
