No it really is never free,

I now have in my possession the Purple Heart my father received in Korea.

My Nephew has served in Iraq 2 times and he maybe going to Afghanistan. He is one of two nephews the other is 4F.

One of my Sunday school boys is now in Iraq.

My sister served in the Army until a medical discharge.
Mrs. Mango's brother is in Iraq now.

So yes I

Yes, THANK YOU to all veterans, past, present, and future. I thank my hubby every year, and also my son. My son served in the first Gulf War. My dad was the Korean War era, and my grandpa was WW1 - both of them gone now.
