I've been using it for years. Now, when I sign on, I get a screen asking for my name and password, no matter what I do, I can't access my email. I even tried it with no name or password, I just keep getting the screen back. My Wood 'n Wings email account works fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Keep in mind, I'm very limited in my computer abilities. Thanks very much!

I now use Outlook but I did use Outlook Express for many years. Whenever it gave me the login popup it was because my ISP's mail server was down. Phone your ISP if the problem doesn't go away soon.

I wouldn't be surprised if the problem is with your service provider, not your own computer. Give it a little time and see if the problem goes away.

If not, go to http://www.mail2web.com and plug in your e-mail address and password and you should be able to obtain your e-mail from there.

Larry, I feel for ya! I have this love-hate relationship with my computer! http://img1.jurko.net/avatar_1218.gif

I gave up on Outlook a long time ago and just went to Yahoomail.com and all my problems stopped. Besides, now I get to enjoy all sorts of info and news when I want to send or receive e-mails. :D
