DRY IN TEXAS

It's so dry in Texas

that the Baptists are
starting to baptize by sprinkling, the Methodists are using wet-wipes,
the Presbyterians are giving out
rain-checks, and the Catholics are praying for the wine
to turn back into water.

Now that's dry!

That's great DG!!

Well, people of all faiths are out walking on the lake. Of course the lake is a little more dusty than normal. ;)

It's so dry in San Antonio that...

...Salado creek is only allowed to run 2 days a week.

...the ducks forgot how to swim.

...kids are encouraged to pee in the pool.

...the baby farted in the bathtub and raised a dust cloud.

...we no longer associate bridges with water.

...my dog hung an IOU on the fire hydrant.

...dogs are marking their territory with chalk.

...the fish in Medina lake have ticks.

A Yankee visiting Texas once asked, “Does it ever rain out here?”
A rancher quickly answered “Yep, it does. Do you remember that part in the Bible where it rained for 40 days and 40 nights?”
The Yankee replied, “Yes, I’m familiar with Noah’s flood.”
“Well,” the rancher puffed up, “we got almost two and a half inches during that spell.”
