For TOOL COLECTORS & NEW WOODWORKERS

I have a 1950s - 1960s Porter Cable Rockwell hand-held jigsaw/saber saw. Got the metal case, some blades, a rip guide. I’ll send photos if you have any interest.

Just like puppies and kittiens, FREE to good home. You pay the shipping.

Don't need it but it's interesting - you're the first person I've heard refer to it as a saber saw in a long time!

I'll take it, Bill! Happy to pay you for it, too. I live in San Diego... Postage should be reasonable...just let me know1

Thanks,

Don

GOTTA SAY! Bill Sharp, You are a true credit to woodworkers! This 'Saber saw' has been kept in GREAT condition and functions amazingly well. I will continue to treat it with TLC. It came at a particularly ideal time for me as I had just purchased plywood sheets for making puzzle rocking chairs for some kids in my life! AND the blades you sent with it are marvelous......I believe I can sharpen them when they dull....although that may be a long time as they are quality NOS that is far better than can be bought today!
I'm still waiting to here back from you RE: cost for your postage & trouble. Also, would like to invite you to visit if you're ever in San Diego!

Thanks again,

Don
