and for the most part, it’s nice outside. Maybe this is the best time to take your shop apart and move all the scrap (s?) outside. Sort the good from the bad and especially the ugly and deal with it. Organize ALL the tools and accessories into good, bad, ugly and “what was I thinking” and dispose of all but the good (keep the good ugly). INVENTORY what’s left by camera and on a log book. When this is all done advertise a yard/driveway/garage sale and make a few bucks. Do the same with the offcuts and scrap maybe some of that will sell  Get out the leaf blower and the compressed air and the shop vac and clean. Now you’re ready to maintain the tools in an uncluttered venue. And it’s still summer.

Here is a tip for disposing of the “stuff”

There is a list in this article that shows how deep you can get in making the inventory. If you kept it and you use it, inventory it.

This article gives a very ROUGH guide for pricing items for a garage sale.
