or should be an ongoing process in the shop. Sharpening, dust collection, keeping items in their assigned space, adding or eliminating items from the inventory. Cleaning resin or caked on dust from blades is one way to make the edge work smoother and with better results. Here is the WOOD WHISPERERs take on cleaning.

It seems that all of us have a particularly favorite method of cleaning stuff. That’s a good thing because having more cat skins promotes sharing ideas and information. If you have a particular favorite, post it even if others have posted basically the same idea or method. Doing so can promote consensus and help all of us evolve in our skills. :thumbup:
