Can be a help and great joy in the shop BUT there are times when maybe not so much. Curious fingers and imagination and their desire to help be creative and to "show off " what they have learned maybe needs a cool down period. Your anxiety needs to transfer to them in a gentler way than your mind might want to. Make one of these and dedicate shop space for it and more importantly tell your smaller younger apprentice what it is and why it's there and why it's important to them......and you too.

The lessons you leaned at Hardknocks University don't have to be visited on the next members of your team, with good examples and leadership they can be used for teaching.
