smashed around the lock and knob, the jamb was splintered but inside was chaos. Every tool was missing including most of the hand tools. The policeman who took the report asked how I could identify the tools if they were found or recovered. I told him I knew what my tools looked like and he told me that wasn't enough. I showed him a copy of my inventory. That was better but he said that the individual tools had to be identifiable if they were found. BUMMER!!!!!

THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED BUT IT COULD

SO, is your inventory up to date and are your tools marked for identification? :-? PPPPPP

Here is a URL with some recommendations for marking tools. Welcome to life, there are no guarantees and stuff happens, especially when you least expect it.
