to grind? Try matching it up with the ax designs shown here. Harvesting trees or timbers, ice or sod or butchering, all those endeavors had an ax purposed for them.

TMS Might even find the ancestor of the beautiful design he got last year, and remember an axe is one of the very earliest tools mankind developed way back in ancient history. My how things have changed, from a chipped piece of stone to scientifically balanced, rough to highly polished, from a survival tool to a timber sport item.
