OK but a screw is better......simple ..right? Yes and as always, it depends. Something so common so simple as to be invisible and un noticed but screws and drivers really do deserve a little thought and attention.

Pilot holes and some lube are good things when you will attach workpieces with screws, but don't predrill anything just drill the holes :roll: :wink: Obviously the article is written with power driving screws but hand driven screws share the same information.
