OK, so most people who work with wood are known as woodworkers. Duh, Tom, anyone could have figured that.

However, there are some specialized titles for folks who do specific woodworking tasks. See if you can name the 'official' designations for the woodworkers who work with/build:
    Person who makes Barrels

    Person who makes Clocks

Person who makes Master Models that will later have metal parts cast from them

Person who builds homes or other large structures

Person who installs moldings inside a home

    Person who builds wooden instruments

    Person who builds boats

    Person who builds wooden machinery

Person who makes wooden arrow launchers

Weasel Bonus - Can you name any more titles of specialized woodworkers?

Dratts Tom (TMS) must have been peeking at my list. I agree with all his answers except I would hazard a guess at Horologist in place of Clocksmith.

I'll be the first to have a go at the weasel bonus...
I'm amazed nobody thought of Turner, then there's
Bodger... Pole lathe turner specialising in chair parts
Carriage Maker
Wheelwright
Cabinetmaker

I think all the right answers have been given but no quite in the right places in every instance. Here is my go:

Barrels - Cooper

Clocks - Clockmaker

Master Models - Pattern maker

Builds homes - Carpenter

Installs moldings - Finish Carpenter or Joiner

builds wooden instruments - Luthier (for stringed instruments only)

Person who builds boats - Shipwright

Person who builds wooden machinery - Millwright

Person who makes wooden arrow launchers - Bowyer

Dang... it's happened again!

The weasels are deeply concerned that Tom (TMS) has gotten the right answers again!

Tom - fair warning - if you answer correctly again, the crack weasel hit squad may be paying you a visit to ensure you can't 'make an entry' for the next question... you know their nefarious methods...

They will smear Tin Roof Sundae ice cream all over your keyboard and put the "Barry's Polkapalooza" screen saver on your computer!

In the meantime, just remember that the weasels are watching you from hidden areas....

Oh, and Turnpike, two scoops for you for coming up with a few extra names!

Hey Tom (& weasels),

I can't help coming up with correct answers, but I do try to wait until the puzzle has stagnated before I chime in. I'll try to hold off participating for even longer but, before...

"Anyone? ...Anyone? ...Bueller? ...Bueller?

Tom :D
