That is one beautiful piece. Yet it is unfortunate that something so beautiful could be so deadly. So many people were killed or maimed by the originals.I believe we have to remember the history of all weapons and their uses. Too many people today want to whitewash history. which leads to repeating the mistakes only in a greater way.Just curious, how many hours do you have invested in making one like that?
Don,
I estimate I have about 90 hours in one. I purchase the barrel and the wheels and they don't come cheap.
The iron work is what takes most of the time. Every piece is custom forged. There are over 50 tiny pieces of metal that have to be fabricated, drilled, and welded to make what you see.
