I have too many projects going on in my little shop.
But I got rid of this one today. It is a large naval carriage for an early 1800's British bronze 12 pounder. That's a 4.62" bore.
The barrel is 52" long.
The wood is 3" thick oak.
I delivered it today to someone who lives 40 minutes away and I helped mount his 800 lb. barrel with an engine hoist in his living room. Exactly where a cannon belongs in my opinion.
He had a full scale bronze 12 pounder mountain howitzer in the next room.
Love it!

The carriage turned out nice!
I have full build pictures if anyone is interested.

He has about 6 or 7 big bells in his house. None of them are replicas. All of them are bronze.
