I was just looking at this.
Over 30,000 views! WOW!

Hard to believe it was a year ago when this was going on.

Don't know if it is a record or not but 30,000+ views means someone is paying attention!

This thread now has over 50,000 hits. I think the last 10,000 came after all my Fototime pictures crashed a few months ago. They were all lost in a cloud that was based in France after a big fire.

It is my intention to get another photo host and resurrect this thread with pictures. I still have all the pictures.
Just not on here yet. It will be a lot of work.
Still working on it.

This thread now has over 56,000 views. The last 15,000 or so it didn't have any pictures. They were all lost in the Fototime fire in France.
I still had all of them. I have now gone back and restored the pictures. It took a while.
Look through it again. It's a pretty cool story.

Well, my legacy at the Alamo has been decommissioned. The barrel has been removed from my carriage and put on display inside a building.
My carriage has been retired to an inner courtyard. I haven't seen any of this myself. Someone sent me pictures.
I do not know what the future status is.
The trunnion collar I made was removed from the barrel and is still on the carriage.
What a shame!

You can see my blue carriage in the background here and see the trunnion collar in place.

Well, it appears we have crossed 60,000 views on this thread. I'm impressed! Is that a record? While there is not much project posting here anymore, there is apparently still a lot of traffic. That is good to see.
I wish I could still say that I have a carriage in front of the Alamo. :(
We will have to see what happens.
They have an extremely expensive carriage sitting there now empty.

Wow!
Even though there is not much posting, we are still getting a lot of traffic.

What happened to the view counter? It jumped up about 300,000 views.
Something is wrong.

The view counter on this thread is jumping about 40,000 to 50,000 views per day. What is going on?
This is crazy!
