I have a Festool plunge saw. Finally needs a replacement blade. I do mostly ripping. Does anyone know how to get a replacement blade at a better price than the original?

First be aware the festool blades are 2.2mm thick. So If you buy a non festool blade with a lessor thickness you will need to reposition the white close clearance strip on your guide rail. Once you repositioned the close clearance strip , If you have the parallel guides you will need to re-adjust them

Ive used the tenryu blade and noticed no difference in cut quality.

You know you can get the festool blades sharpened. I recently had a tooth replaced and the blade sharpened and noticed no difference between the sharpened blade and a new one.
