A friend of mine just bought a manufactured home in Oregon. He's about a 17 hour drive from me. I havnt seen him in quite a while and was planning on visiting him. He asked me if I would do a couple of projects for him while I was there.

He had a cubby hole in both of his bathrooms with 4 shelves ea. One was 18 3/4" wide the other was 24" wide. He likes golden oak. So I built a face frame for both of them the 18 3/4" I built single doors and the 24" wide one I built double doors.

I dont usually do site work. So needless to say I learned a few things. The most important thing I learned was to bring all my tools. I only brought my Table saw and router/table and sander. Next time Ill be be pulling a trailer with my at least 2 of my MFTs w/ clamps and guide rails (that would of saved me a lot of work). Use water base spray finish and bring my spray outfit ( the finish I used tool 24 hours to dry) and most of my shop. No more hand finishing either as Im gonna bring my HVLP to.
If I had my tools would of made the job go a lot smoother and quicker.

I am amazed that the "cubby's" were square enough
that your shop built face frames and doors would fit.
They look good too.

It wasnt exactly square , I had to fit each of the rails individually and make some moulding to cover the gap at the top.
