I've been working on a jelly cabinet for some time now off and on. While I have made over a dozen furniture pieces over the years, this is the first panel construction piece with a lot of mortise and tenon joints. Learned a lot!
After running many methods through my head I finally decided to glue up one side and then clamp the hole cabinet together an let it dry. With a big opening 34 high X 24 wide for flush doors I felt pretty good about the squareness of the opening. I had a panic attack when I realized it was racked in a different way, but got it pretty close with some clamp adjustments.
Panel construction glue up is a bit more complicated I see!
Thanks for reading,
Ron
