I want to make a clock case to contain a battery powered digital clock. I can find many analog clock movements, but no digital clock movements. The Timex Indiglo Travel Alarm # 3502T is what I had in mind functional wise. I have already considered using that Timex and somehow removing the plastic case and using the innards, but I don't think the results would look very good, and I want to locate the control buttons on the back or top of the case. Where can I buy a digital clock movement? Thanks.

This place appears to have them unless you're looking for something round (I didn't take the time to look at the Timex you mentioned as the model you want to replicate)

Yes, that's the general idea. It's a little different than I expected, being a kit. Nice large digits, the only downside is it's 24 hr format.
Thanks for the link.

At klockit I found :
AcuRite 13131 Dartmouth Atomic Desk Alarm Clock
That is getting closer to what I need as it is battery powered and not too huge.
I don't see any "insert" type, or movement only, I could try to adapt that AcuRite to a case I would make.
Thanks.
