Before working on LOML's cabinets, I managed to construct this:

It started out as a 16 inch old blank wood rasp.

Showing it to friends led to two orders for knives, which my lovely wife wasn't too happy about!
(That's why I got busy on her cabinets!)

Cool! I've got a box full of antler that I've been trying to find a use for. Thought they'd make nice handles for something. Doubt if I could come close to something as keen (pun intended) as your knife blades, though.

Smaller antlers don't work for knife handles unless the knife is for someone with small hands, but they do make great display stands!
