If it's complexity you seek versus good, simple, and safe box joints, sounds great. However, this works a charm, while looking simple. http://www.routerworkshop.com/boxjoints.html

I made a jig like that and had a terrible time getting the quality I wanted on thin stock. Works great on thicker stuff. I bought the iBox from Incra and it works but still isn't as fool proof as I'd like and doesn't do mass production well.

Odd. One of the first projects I did were some go/no go boxes for Science Olympiad. I used 1/4 plywood for 250mm x250mm x 250mm with 1/4" bit. One of the reasons why I recommend it so highly. I find that spiral bits are best, and the ONLY answer for plywood.
