This will be a simple pine dresser. Not sure how it will go because i always wing it. Build as I go.
I pushed the 6" boards over my 6" joiner to make a good glue joint.
Side panels glued up using my biscuit joiner and number 10 biscuits.
I m building the dresser using wood from my Home depot only.
The selection of wood at home depot varies some. If you take your time and look over the wood
you can find some vertical grain wood if your lucky. In my case I found some and will use this vertical
grain for the top of the dresser for a more stable top.
I don't have a big wood planer that will plane 20" wide panels so I will need to belt sand each panel, then orbital sand after that to make a flat
surface.
I will keep you boys and gals posted.

Going strong on the dresser. Runner s installed. Joined everything using biscuits. Finishing drawers then drawer fronts, top planks will go on and some special feet .And pulls. and some stain

WOW drawers take some time to build. I ran outta pine and have to buy more ASAP
I purchased all the wood from HD. Man this thing is going to cost some cash. Wen all said and done the thing will cost close to 400.00
I added the price on here so people can see what a simple project will cost from HD.
The dresser is 67" long,22" deep and 44" high off the floor. Its a good size and all the drawers are big and deep.
I think I could get 6 pair of jeans in each of the bottom drawers.
Thanks for looking

I have to make all the drawer fronts and screw them on from the inside of the drawer to the drawers .Some type of feet will be added to the bottom as well.
Pecan finish over pine is a nice warm finish when the time comes.
