Full extension, positive limit lock. Seems someone is ALWAYS dropping drawers out while looking for something in the back, otherwise. You think dropping bearings on the floor in the middle of the night would be aggravating, imagine hearing the entire drawer hit, followed by creative cursing.

when I redid closets a year and a half ago the built-ins used GSlide 4025 over-extension slides. These were about $10/pair. They've held up nicely and being able to get all the way to the back of the drawers (and then some) is nice. I can't seem to find a source with Google, but I did see that the 4070 soft-close full extension slides are only about $15/pair (depending on size), so that would be a really nice choice.

Of course, if you have more time than money and want an heirloom piece, Fine Woodworking had an article a couple of years ago on how to make wooden extension slides. You could make full- or even over-extension slides if you wanted. (And with a positive stop, too).
