Found a freebie on stair design/build that's worth downloading if anyone is planning on doing or redoing some stairs:

Fitts has been in business for 60 years and is based in Tuscaloosa, AL.

You'll need to download one chapter at a time, but it's easy to do. They ask for name/phone, etc. but it will accept fake info if you get nervous about junk mail and such.

It's really a pretty good book, lots of pichers
