Saturday I finished routing and glueing up 4 drawers for a recycled kitchen cabinet that I'm going to make into my sharpening station in the shop. It's probably not worth keeping, but it's good practice for the upcoming new kitchen cabinets.

I'm also trying out for the first time, my Freud drawer lock miter bit. Never used one before, but after doing the first 3 drawers, I think I like it. A little bit of chipout in the 1/2" plywood is my only complaint, but I may be taking too big of a bite with it. I'll try to lessen it to see if that solves the problem...

Oh, and I'm also keeping a close eye on my wife Bonnie now that she's home from the hospital and resting.

Sunday, if she's still feeling pretty good, I'm going golfing with my regular four-some...

We had beautiful 50+ weather for the first time this weekend. Most of the snow has melted and I was able to get hardwood laid in my front room until I ran out of wood. Three more bundles should do it.

Got six new can lights installed in the ceiling of the front room too.

Ended up working most of the weekend...

I got the blades changed in my planer though. One step closer to face frames.

P.S. Did I mention it was Caleb's Birthday Saturday?
